Job description

Position Overview:
The Robotic Welder/Technician supports automated welding operations by operating robotic equipment, ensuring weld quality, and assisting with material preparation. This role focuses on precision, efficiency, and maintaining a safe production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate robotic welding equipment
  • Load and position parts for accurate welding
  • Inspect welds and completed parts for quality
  • Perform minor grinding, repairs, or rework as needed
  • Prepare materials through cleaning, fitting, or grinding
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with troubleshooting or process improvements
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior manufacturing or robotic welding experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically able to stand, move, and handle materials
Work Environment:
