Hours: 5:00am - 3:15pm, Monday through Thursday (overtime hours as needed)Job Summary:A Robotic Welder is responsible for executing accurate welding of various materials and thickness to fit the specifications of our customers. Responsibilities:Program, set up, and operate welding equipmentTroubleshoot robotic welding systems, controllers, sensors, and peripheral equipmentPerform routine maintenance and inspections on welding robots and toolingMonitor weld quality and adjust to improve performance and consistency Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawingsDevelop and optimize robotic welding programs to improve productivity and reduce scrap Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and quality records Follow all company safety proceduresSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on Safety, 5S, efficiency, quality, and cost reductions Ensure work meets quality standards Keep work area clean and organized Additional duties as assignedJob Qualifications:Proficient ability in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.)Ability to read blueprints Welding experience or trade school welding program requiredSuccessful complete of an in-house weld test Ability to read tape measure accuratelyGreat work ethic and attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to lift 50lbs High school diploma or GED required
