About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Automation Engineer to join our team and help pioneer a new type of healthcare platform. You will be responsible for automating complex healthcare payment workflows, ensuring seamless interactions between carrier websites and practice software, driving efficiency across revenue cycle operations. Your expertise in web automation, RPA, and API integrations will be crucial in streamlining eligibility verification, patient payments, claims processing, and payment reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as a role model within the organization, providing guidance and mentorship to team members, and leading technical discussions to drive innovation and best practices.
  • Healthcare Workflow Automation: Design and implement automation solutions to streamline payer website interactions, eligibility verification, claims processing, and payments.
