We’re hiring a Manager, Ceded Reinsurance Finance to lead key accounting and operational processes supporting our ceded reinsurance portfolio.

In this role, you’ll oversee month-end close, manage reinsurance accounting activities, support system transformations, and partner closely with Finance, IT, and offshore teams to ensure accurate and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ceded reinsurance accounting, invoicing, and recoveries
  • Manage month-end close across multiple business units
  • Support system implementations, testing, and process improvements
  • Interpret reinsurance treaties and ensure compliance
  • Oversee reconciliations and data integrity across systems
  • Partner cross-functionally and support regulatory reporting

  • 5+ years in ceded reinsurance operations
  • Strong knowledge of reinsurance accounting and treaty structures
  • Experience with reinsurance systems (PeopleSoft a plus)
  • Advanced Excel; exposure to Power BI, RPA, or other automation tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
