ServiceNow Developer | About You

As a ServiceNow Developer with AI, you are responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that leverage automation and artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency. You bring strong technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform and a forward-thinking mindset for applying AI-driven capabilities such as predictive intelligence, virtual agents, and process automation. You collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. ServiceNow Developer | Day-to-Day

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom scoped applications.
  • Implement AI-enabled features within ServiceNow, including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, and automation solutions.
  • Customize ServiceNow using business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and workflows while following best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third-party systems as needed.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.

ServiceNow Developer | Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer supporting enterprise-level implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.
  • Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, or RPA.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models, security, ACLs, application scoping, and best practices.
  • Experience developing and supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, MID Server, and third-party systems.
