Responsibilities
Hamilton Robotics is seeking a Service Technician to join our Robotics team, supporting, repairing, and maintaining robotic instrumentation. As a Service Technician with Hamilton Company you will be tasked with providing high quality repairs of electromechanical systems for customers as well as for internal company use.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair Hamilton equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Report problems and perform root cause analysis on instrument failures.
  • Fill out paperwork and reports related to any repair work.
  • Manage work station inventory for commonly used repair parts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • A high desire for quality.
  • Demonstrated experience working in production as well as an office setting.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a safety conscious manner necessary due to potential hazardous chemicals and biologicals.
  • Ability to learn new robotic operating systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Education/Experience
  • An Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology or comparable is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years Technician experience, preferably in the biotech / life science field.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move approximately 60 lbs.
