Schedule & Hours
- Flexible hours — afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
- 6–15 hrs/week
- Fun, fast-paced environment
- Learn the curriculum and offer one on one guidance to our Ninjas (Makecode, JavaScript, Unity, Godot, Roblox Studio, Minecraft — we use it all)
- Create a positive, safe environment where students can grow and have fun
- Guide students through skill levels and celebrate their coding wins
- Lead awesome Parent's Night Out and birthday party events
- Keep the dojo clean, organized, and ready for action
- Work opening and closing shifts
- Check in regularly with the Center Manager on daily activities
- Experience working with kids in any capacity — coaching, tutoring, babysitting, mentoring
- Outgoing, energetic, and genuinely fun to be around
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
- Works well with others and takes direction easily
- Basic familiarity with coding or technology — or a willingness to pick it up quickly
- Experience with the general public a plus
