Job Summary and Mission
We are currently seeking to add an upbeat and dynamic barista with self motivation and a passion for specialty coffees and teas to the Carefree Coffee Roastery Team. We are looking to fill a part time barista position who is available to work mornings and early afternoons. A successful candidate will demonstrate a high willingness to learn, punctuality, and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides outstanding customer service and individualized attention to all customers
- Willingness to develop a knowledge base of specialty coffees and teas
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provides consistent product quality
- Follows health, safety, and sanitary guidelines for all products
