Job description

SEBRING INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY
This racetrack located in Sebring, Florida, is America's oldest road racing track, with over six decades of storied history. It hosts the historic Twelve Hours of Sebring each year on the third Saturday of March on the 3.74-mile road course. The Twelve Hours of Sebring is one of the five endurance races on the IMSA schedule.
Sebring International Raceway is hiring for Guest Services Event Staff. The Guest Services team is responsible for interacting with guests that visit the track and assisting them as needed in order to ensure positive experiences. This is a part-time seasonal position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Transporting and assisting guests, including ADA guests.
• Scanning tickets.
• Assisting guests at admissions gates and inside the grandstands.
• Checking for proper credentials.
• Assisting guests at information booths.
• Driving trams, being an onboard tram ambassador, or serving as an attendant at tram stops.
• Greeting and assisting camper.
• Roaming/monitoring assigned campgrounds.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periods.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
• Positive attitude, friendly and outgoing.
• Must follow dress code and have a clean, presentable appearance at all times.
• Ability to work with others and take direction.
• Must learn quickly and be trainable.
• Reliable transportation to and from the track location.
