To thrive as a Roadside Cleanup Worker, you need physical stamina, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of safety protocols, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with hand tools, litter pickers, safety vests, and sometimes basic machinery is typically required. Dependability, teamwork, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
