Job Summary

The Operator is responsible for operating heavy construction equipment to support road and highway construction projects. The role ensures equipment is operated safely and efficiently while assisting with site preparation, material handling, and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Support road and highway construction activities.
  • Perform equipment inspections before and after operation.
  • Assist with site preparation and material movement.
  • Follow all safety regulations and job site procedures.
  • Work closely with construction crews to meet project goals.
  • Report equipment issues and maintenance needs.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience operating heavy construction equipment.
  • Knowledge of road and highway construction practices.
  • Ability to perform work safely in an outdoor construction environment.
