Job description

Road Supervisor

Easton Coach Company is a leader in passenger ground transportation, providing transit services to customers throughout the eastern United States. We are seeking qualified, full-time Road Supervisors for our paratransit team in Union, NJ. We offer a competitive compensation package.

Job Responsibilities for Road Supervisors:

  • Investigates accidents and incidents on the scene
  • Conducts road checks to ensure drivers are following policy and maintaining the efficiency of their routes
  • Oversees routes and constantly monitors the on time performance of drivers while making suggestions for better routes to stay efficient

Desired Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three (3) years professional and safe driving experience in a leadership role
  • CDL License with P Endorsement
