CDL Driver / Operators - Billings, MT

S&L Industrial is looking for experienced CDL Driver / Operators to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating heavy equipment, and being part of a team that improves roadway safety, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in an essential industry.

Whether it's 500 feet or 500 miles, we get the job done safely, properly, and on time.

What You'll Do

  • Operate Class A CDL trucks and pavement marking equipment.
  • Assist with roadway striping and pavement marking operations.
  • Set up and maintain traffic control for roadway construction projects.
  • Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials.
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trucks and equipment.
  • Support the crew in completing projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.

What We're Looking For

  • Class A CDL required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Experience in pavement marking, traffic control, roadway construction, or heavy equipment operation is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel, work nights, weekends, overtime, and varying schedules as needed.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
