Location: Flathead Valley, MT

Key Responsibilities
  • Master the art of roller operation with precise overlapping passes to achieve optimal compaction
  • Apply your knowledge of material behavior and temperature effects to determine ideal operating parameters
  • Conduct equipment inspections to ensure peak performance and safety
  • Navigate safely in live traffic environments
  • Operate additional equipment as projects require
  • Travel to job sites across Montana

  • 2+ years of operating experience (roller operation experience preferred)
