Position Description

This is true OTR with flexible freight, serving dedicated customers, not a home-daily or every-other-day position.

Drivers run freight across multiple regions with professional-level autonomy, strong operations support, and the ability to shape their weekly flow.

Home Time Policy

RTS provides flexible home-time scheduling, not a forced rotation.
There is no requirement such as “X days out = X days home.”

However, because this is true OTR:

  • Home time earlier than every 2 weeks is NOT guaranteed although possible depending on home base location and coordination with operations
  • Drivers may choose to stay out longer if they choose

This gives you the freedom, without offering unrealistic guarantees.

Requirements

  • CDL Class A
  • 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
  • Clean MVR PSP
  • Able to pass all DOT requirements
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to use mobile devices for updates/documentation
