ServiceNow road mapping, solutioning and hands-on configuration experience
Enterprise System Management - ITSM, ITAM tools, Business Technology Optimization public, hybrid Cloud SaaS, PaaS projects consulting, expertise and passion in various product integration, implementation for large enterprises - Fortune 500 clients
Proficient in conducting strategic road map, technical discussions with a diverse audience from CxO level to technical team. Possess very strong presales, analytical, logical and problem-solving with excellent communication, training, interpersonal skills
Actively participated in all phases of SDLC
ITIL and ITAM certified
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in Orlando (no expenses required); and can eventually work in PA or AZ as needed
