They must also adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and collaborate closely with remote healthcare teams. Applicants can prepare by honing their communication skills, familiarizing themselves with digital health platforms, and staying updated on telepharmacy regulations. Proactively seeking out training in virtual patient counseling can also be beneficial.

Ro is the only company to offer nationwide telehealth, labs, and pharmacy services. This is enabled by Ro's vertically integrated platform that helps patients achieve their goals through a convenient, end-to-end healthcare experience spanning from diagnosis, to delivery of medication, to ongoing care. Since 2017, Ro has helped millions of patients in nearly every single county in the United States, including 99% of primary care deserts.

  • Work side by side with a pharmacist to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications
  • Successfully complete Ro's state-approved pharmacy technician trainee program within the required timeframe

  • Work with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, engineers, product managers, and more
  • Find creative, fun, and professional ways to deliver the best possible experience for our patients

What You'll Bring to the Team:
