Job Summary:

At Caring Heart Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a RNAC, you will play a vital role in assessing and coordinating the care of our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care while promoting a positive and supportive environment.   • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and psychological needs
