Job Title: NM - CRNA  
Job Location: Ruidoso 
Job Type: Contract 

  • Job Description:Manage, supervise, and support a team of CRNAs and nursing staff. 

  • Provide anesthesia care including pre-anesthesia assessment, administration, monitoring, and post-anesthesia care. 

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives related to anesthesia services. 

  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. 

  • Schedule and allocate tasks to CRNAs and nursing staff based on workload. 

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state/federal regulations, and accreditation standards. 

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate CRNA staff performance. 

  • Monitor patient safety protocols and respond to emergencies effectively. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Active CRNA certification (NBCRNA) and valid state nursing license. 

  • Minimum 5+ years of clinical anesthesia experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/management role preferred. 

  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient monitoring. 

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
