About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day nursing operations in our skilled nursing facility. Your leadership ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
  • Assist with staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
