We provide a beautiful work environment where your skills are respected, your growth is funded, and your impact is felt daily.

Why Professionals Choose Kensington
  • Financial Flexibility: Utilize our Get Paid Daily benefit to access your earned wages on your own scheduleโ€”no more waiting for bi-weekly pay cycles.

  • Care Plan Development: Lead the interdisciplinary team in creating, implementing, and evaluating individualized comprehensive care plans that meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents.

  • Clinical Oversight: Supervise the delivery of nursing care by LPNs and CNAs, ensuring all treatments are performed according to evidence-based practices and facility policy.

  • Acute Care Coordination: Manage high-acuity tasks including IV therapy, central line care, complex wound management, and respiratory treatments (trach/vent care where applicable).

  • Physician Collaboration: Act as the primary clinical liaison to attending physicians, transcribing complex orders and ensuring immediate implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic changes.

  • EHR Mastery: Ensure the integrity of Electronic Health Records (EHR) through meticulous charting that meets all state and federal survey requirements.

  • Family & Resident Advocacy: Facilitate care conferences, providing sensitive education and counseling to families regarding disease progression and discharge goals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN, BSN, or higher).

  • Clinical Acumen: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

  • Character: A supportive team player who leads by example, demonstrating patience and a cheerful disposition even in demanding situations.
