Position Responsibilities
Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence
Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to supervising therapists
Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Support residents in achieving their rehabilitation goals and maximizing quality of life
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Pennsylvania PTA License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required
Passion for delivering exceptional resident-centered care
