  • Coordinate clinic supply, equipment, and facilities needs with Contractor and VA/landlord points of contact
  • Support oversight of administrative workflows, including scheduling accuracy, EHR/CPRS data integrity, and patient access metrics
  • Communicate the Contractor's staffing plan to the VA when patient panels approach capacity thresholds, in accordance with PCMM staffing standards

  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license; graduate of an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited school of professional nursing
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare administration, clinic/practice management, or outpatient operations supervision
  • Experience supervising administrative and/or clinical support staff in an ambulatory care or primary care setting
  • Working knowledge of VA systems (e.g., CPRS, VISTA) and the PACT model of care preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to interface effectively with VA staff and Contractor leadership
  • Must hold a current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in California, or otherwise meet VA Qualification Standards for the position.
