Job description

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Charge RN (Surgery)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay Range: $36.47 – $56.53/hr Based on the years of experience


We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to lead and coordinate patient care activities within a dynamic surgical setting, ensuring continuity, safety, and high-quality outcomes. The role involves overseeing staffing, guiding nursing teams, and delivering patient-centered care across Ortho and Neuro cases. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced OR environment.


Requirements:

  • Must have Ortho and Neuro experience
  • Must have OR circulating experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Must have Charge experience
  • Epic experience is a plus


Education:

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Diploma or degree recognized by state board


Certifications & Licensure:

  • Required: Valid Oklahoma or multi-state RN license
  • Preferred: CNOR
