The average pay for a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina varies depending on experience, location, and employer, but typically ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 per year. Entry-level RNs may start closer to $58,000 annually, while those with more experience or advanced certifications can earn above $80,000. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), medication administration systems, and common hospital software is essential.
