What are some common challenges RNs face when transitioning into insurance roles, and how can they successfully adapt?

Familiarity with insurance terminology and policies is essential, and ongoing training or mentorship can help bridge knowledge gaps. Embracing technology and documentation systems is also key for success in this environment.
