Senior Helpers of Lawrenceville is looking for a Registered Nurse seeking to help us keep our amazing clients safe and healthy. Would you love to plan out care needs with your clients? Would you like to engage and train CNA's and caregivers on providing non-medical care plans? Are you passionate about client advocacy? Senior Helpers of Lawrenceville is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to perform face to face initial and ongoing Nurse Assessments per state license requirements and or for Long-Term Care Insurance Assessments. These assessments will require you to obtain client demographics, physician information, a complete list of medications as well as evaluate their ADL and IADL needs. Additionally, you will help to create client care plans, complete quality visits with our clients, and even participate in training our caregivers. It will also involve following up with our clients to ensure the care plans are being met. Lastly, periodic checks on the caregivers at the client's home will be required to ensure that the caregivers are following the care plan outlined and to ensure their ability to perform items safely.
