      You’ll work with a diverse group of like-minded people, in a space designed for healing, as part of an industry-leading treatment provider. The Newport Healthcare family of programs includes residential and outpatient locations nationwide, as well as inpatient hospitalization and clinic services through our PrairieCare division in Minnesota.

      What You’ll Do:

      · Administering medications and monitoring vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation in medical records.

      · Evaluating medical complaints and concerns from residents, effectively communicating with our Nurse Practitioners and Physicians.

      · Developing and implementing treatment plans, providing direct care and nursing services as prescribed.

      · Monitoring chronic health conditions, respiratory distress, and seizures, ensuring timely interventions.

      · Maintaining comprehensive medical records and logs, adhering to all mandated reporting and infection control protocols.

      · Collaborating with BHS regarding medication management and refills.

      · Participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing your expertise to enhance patient care.
