Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Team Lead

JMA is looking for a full time, RN Clinical Team Lead at our Wake Forest location.

The Clinical Team Lead is responsible for:

Timely and efficient patient care, including monitoring of clinic/provider schedules for effective workflow;

Multitasking of duties while making critical clinical decisions to help facilitate the needs in clinic;

Assist with training of new staff members and provide feedback as needed;

Assures compliance of all office and clinical policies and procedures;

Provides intermittent audits of clinical processes and promotes staff development and training;

Supports the Clinical Manager and Nursing Supervisor

Qualifications:
  • Must possess an active Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of North Carolina.
  • Must have current CPR, BLS certification.
  • Clinical Leadership and Supervisory experience.
  • Nursing experience.
  • Pediatrics experience a plus!
