RN - Home Health | Travel/Contract

Coverage Area: Cleveland, Gaston & Rutherford Counties (NC)


Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care in a field-based setting. This role focuses on chronic disease management, wound care, and reducing hospital readmissions through patient-centered care.


Key Highlights
  • Setting: Home Health (field-based)

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Patient Load:

    • ~6-7 units/day (~30/week)

    • Admissions weighted at 2.4 units (~2 admissions/day)

  • Traveler Friendly: Yes (must have Home Health RN experience)


Patient Population
  • Adults (18+)

  • Common conditions include:

    • Wound care & wound vacs

    • Diabetes, CHF

    • Post-acute care

    • Medication & disease management

  • Clinical procedures:

    • Foley & suprapubic catheters

    • Feeding tubes

    • IV therapy (Peripheral, PICC, Ports)

    • PleurX drains


Requirements (MUST HAVE)
  • License: Active RN License

  • Certifications: BLS

  • Experience:
