Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
TAG MedStaffing is hiring an RN Case Manager (Pediatrics) in Westchester County, NY for our client, supporting medical care coordination and nursing oversight for children within a residential care environment. This role will manage healthcare coordination, medication administration support, appointment scheduling, and clinical communication while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and experienced working with pediatric, residential, or community-based patient populations.
Responsibilities as the RN Case Manager:
  • Care Coordination: Coordinate medical appointments, treatment plans, and ongoing healthcare services for assigned residents.
  • Clinical Oversight: Monitor resident health status, review medical documentation, and ensure compliance with healthcare and regulatory requirements.
  • Medication Management: Maintain medication administration records, coordinate pharmacy communication, and assist with medication distribution and education.
  • Direct Nursing Care: Provide nursing support and care for residents experiencing illness, injury, or other healthcare needs.
