Job Responsibilities:
The Assisted Living Director directs the Assisted Living Department to ensure competent and safe administration of services to residents with the goal of offering and/or enhancing residents' integrity, growth, and control of overall quality for their life. Assisted Living Director is accountable for supervision of all departmental staff, assessing new and potential residents and determining appropriateness of placement, and counsels with family members about resident, family, or facility concerns.
Job Requirements
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or valid Wisconsin RN license (BSN)
  • 1-3 years of experience in geriatric care, long-term care, rehabilitative, or equivalent experience
