The Philanthropy team leads the execution of Ronald McDonald House's global fundraising in support of the organization's bold 2030 ambitions: to double the number of families served worldwide, address the most critical unmet needs of families, advance familycentered care as the global standard, and sustain systemwide revenue above $1 billion. The team drives significant philanthropic revenue while simultaneously building the systems, capabilities and culture required to scale fundraising impact across the global system.The Philanthropy team is responsible for generating approximately $30+ million annually in philanthropic funds through a diverse and growing portfolio of revenue streams. These include corporate partnerships, individual and major gifts, planned giving, foundation grants, causerelated marketing and signature events.

Duties

Role Summary

The Supervisor, Institutional Philanthropy will serve as a key member of the Philanthropy team, supporting the Institutional Philanthropy team on all aspects of donor relationships, stewardship and partner activations. This person will assist with the successful management and stewardship of institutional partners, with a focus on corporate relationships, including cause marketing campaigns, in-kind and financial donations to RMH Global and employee engagement activations.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management & Donor Stewardship

  • Serve as a secondary relationship manager for assigned partners for both new business and renewals; may serve as primary relationship manager for a designated group of donors as determined by Institutional Partnerships leadership.
  • Support the development of new business and renewal agreements in partnership with the finance team and legal counsel.
  • Work closely with Institutional Partnership Managers to ensure all contractual and noncontractual partnership elements are executed smoothly. This includes onboarding new and renewing partners, developing ideation concepts for national/global activations and creating overview decks and resources for Chapters.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, impact reports, activation guides, collateral, and other materials to be distributed to partners.

Program & Activation Execution

  • Collaborate with the Institutional Partnerships team to develop and execute the Institutional Partnerships program and stewardship strategy.
  • Manage relationships with in-kind partners and colead the distribution and execution of inkind donations across the RMH system.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to 260+ local RMH Chapters regarding partner activations, including communications, inkind donation updates, collection of impact stories and images, general support and troubleshooting.

Internal Coordination, Reporting & Pipeline Support

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and other internal stakeholders to ensure partner objectives and priorities are clearly communicated and assets are properly managed.
  • Conduct basic prospect research for incoming inquiries and support initial qualification calls as needed.
  • Manage complex deadlines and delegate tasks to support all aspects of the program.
  • Assist with tracking donor touchpoints and historical information in RMH's donor management software.
  • Help monitor the corporate partner inbox and inquiry forms and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in fundraising, with a focus on securing, activating and stewarding corporate partnerships and/or cause marketing campaigns.
  • Fundraising experience, preferably working with institutional donors, including a history of activating and stewarding institutional partnerships strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, messaging, and oral communication skills, including the ability to deliver both verbal and written presentations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service to diverse audiences, including donors, prospective donors, and staff.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in fastpaced environments while remaining flexible, collaborative, and deadlinedriven.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $78,281.00 - $97,852.00 per year.The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors.
