What is an RME Master?

An RME Master, or Reliability Maintenance Engineering Master, is a professional responsible for overseeing and optimizing maintenance operations within an organization, especially in large facilities like warehouses or manufacturing plants. Their primary role is to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment and systems through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. RME Masters often lead teams of technicians, coordinate with other departments, and implement best practices to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. They also play a key role in training staff and maintaining safety standards.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an RME Master, and why are they important?

To thrive as an RME Master, you need strong expertise in electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and a background in engineering or technical fields, often supported by relevant certifications (such as OSHA or electrical licenses). Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), PLC programming, and diagnostic tools is typically essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork, and effective communication help you excel in fast-paced, safety-focused environments. These competencies are crucial for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining operational efficiency in complex facilities.

What are some common challenges faced by RME Masters, and how can they be addressed?

One common challenge for RME Masters is balancing urgent repair needs with long-term preventive maintenance plans. This often requires strong prioritization and communication skills to coordinate with operations and minimize downtime. Additionally, RME Masters must stay updated on new technologies and safety regulations, which involves ongoing training and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Effective delegation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement can help address these challenges and lead to smoother operations.

Job description

LeadingResponse is a full-service performance marketing company that partners with professionals and corporate advertisers in the Financial, Elective Medical, Senior Living, and Legal sectors to drive measurable growth. Our programs include seminar marketing, appointment setting, digital marketing, and hyper-local direct response solutions. Learn more at www.leadingresponse.com.
We are looking for an experienced Email Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can independently build and deploy email campaigns, design templates and ad creative, and use AI tools to move fast on copy. You will work across our legal and financial services brands, contribute to testing and segmentation decisions, and use performance data to sharpen results over time. If you are a self-sufficient marketer with a strong design eye and a proven track record of owning your work, this role is for you.
This position will be based in either in Atlanta with frequent travel to Tampa or in Tampa.
What You'll Do:
  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns from audience selection and segmentation through scheduling, QA, and deployment.
  • Design email templates independently, ensuring layouts render correctly across mobile and desktop environments.
  • Design ad creative for social and display channels, from concept through final production.
  • Use AI writing tools to develop and iterate on copy for emails, ads, and other campaign assets.
  • Manage and maintain a library of HTML email templates, landing pages, and forms.
  • Identify, export, and manage email lists and segments by campaign to ensure the right message reaches the right audience.
  • Build and execute an A/B testing calendar covering subject lines, audience segments, creative, offers, and CTAs, and translate results into recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance across key metrics and bring forward data-informed ideas to improve results on an ongoing basis.
  • Document email marketing processes, best practices, and campaign procedures to support consistency across the team.
  • Stay current on email deliverability standards, design trends, and AI tool capabilities, and apply relevant updates to your work.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns across all phases of the process.
  • Demonstrated ability to design email templates and ad creative independently, without reliance on a dedicated design team.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to generate and refine marketing copy.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation and email platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML as it applies to email template builds and maintenance.
  • Comfort working with data and performance metrics including open rate, CTR, CVR, and CPA, with the ability to draw actionable conclusions.
  • Familiarity with paid social and display advertising is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take full ownership of their workload.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Benefits You'll Receive:
  • Competitive base salary
  • Two weeks paid vacation in your first full year
  • Fitness reimbursement
  • Employee referral bonus program
  • Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, and FSA coverage effective the 1st of the month following your hire date
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid holidays
