Riverbend Community Wellness & Mental Health, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. This full-time remote position will focus on providing essential mental health services to school-aged children and adolescents. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact in the lives of young individuals. Our team collaborates closely, leveraging digital tools and platforms to maintain open communication and ensure a coordinated approach to mental health care. Although the majority of the work is conducted remotely, occasional in-person meetings or training sessions may be required to enhance teamwork and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health needs of students, documenting strengths and available resources.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on achievable goals and clinical interventions.
  • Engage in a multi-disciplinary team approach by communicating with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and safety planning, ensuring that students receive immediate support when necessary.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation classes and therapeutic support groups designed to cultivate resilience and coping skills among students.
  • Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus at Riverbend is supporting school-aged children and adolescents who are dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
