Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather valuable insights into each client's mental health concerns and strengths.
  • Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to foster emotional healing.
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans that clearly outline goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
  • Facilitate crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and develop personalized safety plans when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to promote group healing and education.

Qualifications
