Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather valuable insights into each client's mental health concerns and strengths.
• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the client’s needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to foster emotional healing.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans that clearly outline goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and develop personalized safety plans when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to promote group healing and education.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be students experiencing a range of mental health conditions, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential to ensure compliance with professional standards.
• You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting is highly preferred, with specific experience addressing issues faced by children and adolescents.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a strong commitment to continuous learning in the field of social work is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
