Job description

Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Southbridge, MA outpatient setting where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings post-clinicals.
  • Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
  • Ability to complete required pre-assignment HealthStream modules prior to start. Agency will be reimbursed after proof of completion and at least one shift worked (client process).
Assignment Details
  • Facility Type: Outpatient.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:00–16:30.
  • Schedule expectations: May include 4x10 options and must be open to two evenings per week until 19:30.
  • Patient productivity typical: 55–63 patients per week; treatments typically scheduled two per hour and evaluations one hour.
  • EMR: Raintree.
  • Contract Duration: 13 to 26 weeks (flexible start date).
  • Must be willing to follow facility cancel/notice policies.
