Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€˜s, Masterโ€˜s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Position
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Experience in skilled nursing facilities is preferred
