  • Facilitate cross-functional risk assessments that consider interdependencies, internal and external factors, and both existing and emerging risks.
  • Monitor and synthesize risk intelligence, translating insights into actionable inputs for ERM and leadership discussions.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, including Business Unit leaders, Officers, Board Members, and Financing Parties, as needed to promote transparency and a strong risk-aware culture.
  • Build, advance, and leverage tools, scorecards, and dashboards to manage accurate tracking and reporting of risks.
  • Develop and deliver risk training to foster a strong risk culture, build shared understanding and enable continuous learning throughout the company.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the power, renewables, oil and gas, construction, or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities reliably under tight timelines.
  • Experience leading projects and driving progress through influence rather than authority.
  • Strong presentation skills - ability to comprehend and synthesize information to concisely communicate complex issues to senior leaders, incorporating critical details required for each audience.
  • Awareness of enterprise risk management processes and principles such as risk identification, analysis, evaluation, risk treatment, and monitoring activities outlined.
