The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager in the R&I Independence Technology Team (ITT), you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization's operations and objectives. You will be responsible for developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.
In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with stakeholders, and share alternative perspectives. Your leadership will guide the team through complexity, demonstrating composure through ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations.
Responsibilities
- Leading enterprise risk management initiatives to identify and mitigate potential risks impacting organizational operations and objectives
- Developing business strategies to effectively manage risks in a rapidly changing environment
- Applying analytical thinking to assess business risk and implement mitigation measures
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning
- Validating outcomes with stakeholders and acting on feedback to improve risk management processes
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Utilizing business process improvement techniques to enhance internal controls and regulatory compliance
- Building relationships with business leaders to identify and address risk challenges effectively
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
