RISE UP HOMECARE is a rapidly expanding caregiver agency seeking CNAs and HHAs. We are currently getting new clients in the Venice area and need caregivers based in the broad Venice region who are available for shifts of 10 to 12 hours on Weekdays, Weekends, and Overnights.

We pay every Friday. Our pay rate: HHAs start at $19hr, CNAs at $20hr. If you are not yet a CNA or HHA, our staff nurse can train and certify you as an HHA.

Some of our shifts are in the client's home, some in facilities. They range from companion shifts (monitoring the client’s condition, helping with meal prep, light housekeeping, etc.) ... to providing assistance with mobility and ADLs.

Requirements:

Prior experience in caregiving preferred.

Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients and their families.

Dependability in getting to shifts on time with no or few call outs.

You must have a valid Florida driver's license and a vehicle always available with current registration and insurance.

We are different from other caregiving agencies in one very important way -- all of our office staff are caregivers. We know the caregiving drill and so we make every effort to find shifts matching your preferences. We believe that if our caregivers are happy, our clients are going to be happy.
