🔧 Industrial Maintenance Technicians Wanted

We are actively seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a brand-new, highly automated production and distribution facility. This is a hands-on role working with advanced industrial systems—ideal for technicians with strong experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.

If you have experience maintaining high-speed automation, conveyors, robotics, and industrial equipment, this is an opportunity to work at a cutting-edge site from day one.


✅ Required Experience (No Exceptions)
  • Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse facility
  • Proven experience working with:
    • Automated conveyor systems
    • Industrial automation and/or robotics
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial setting

🔩 Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment
  • Install, calibrate, and optimize high-speed production and conveyor systems
  • Support a 24/7 high-volume industrial operation
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
  • Mentor less experienced technicians as needed

🛠 Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Strong experience in preventive maintenance programs
