Now Hiring: Instructional Designer II – Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)

We are hiring an Instructional Designer II for a hybrid contract opportunity in Alpharetta, GA. This role is ideal for professionals with experience designing engaging instructor-led and e-learning training programs.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Instructional Designer II

  • Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)

  • Duration: April 20, 2026 – December 11, 2026

  • Pay Rate: Negotiable

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop instructor-led and e-learning training programs.

  • Apply Instructional Design methodologies, including the ADDIE model.

  • Partner with Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts to identify learning needs and skill gaps.

  • Develop interactive learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.

  • Test business systems and create training materials to support end users.

  • Produce high-quality learning solutions for global customer service teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of Instructional Design experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Instructional Design principles and the ADDIE model.

  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
