Job description

Hiring: Training Specialist III / Instructional Designer
Chicago, IL (Local Candidates Only | Hybrid 2-3 Days Onsite)
Contract: 6 Months (Potential Extension)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We''re seeking an experienced Instructional Designer who can independently drive the entire ADDIE process from Analysis through Evaluation.
Must-Have Skills:
• Instructional Design & ADDIE methodology
• Articulate 360 / Rise 360
• LMS experience (Cornerstone preferred)
• Stakeholder & SME management
• Learning metrics, evaluation & continuous improvement
• Experience creating eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, and job aids
Nice to Have:
• Vyond, Synthesia, or video editing tools
• Jira or project management tools
• Large-scale/cross-functional learning programs
• Strong business acumen
Important: Candidates must be able to demonstrate end-to-end ownership of instructional design projects and provide a portfolio/work samples during the interview process.
