We are a well-established lumber company specializing in luxury building products, including exotic hardwood decking and siding, as well as domestic and exotic hardwood lumber and flooring. Job Description:
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in carpentry, woodworking, cabinet making, manufacturing, millwork, CNC milling, or other related fields. Job details may include, but are not limited to:

  • Order Fulfillment: Pulling orders, packaging lumber bundles, and preparing shipments for delivery.
  • Forklift Operation: Safely operating a forklift to move materials and products around the facility.
  • Machine Operations: Operating various machinery, including but not limited to planer, sander, shaper, rip saw, and upcut saw.
  • General Labor: Assisting with other tasks as needed around the facility to maintain smooth operations.
  • Measurement & Accuracy: Must be able to read a tape measure and work with precise measurements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure quality production and efficient order fulfillment.


Work Hours:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime (seasonal) and occasional Saturday half days, as needed.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
  • Full-time benefits after 90 days, including:

  • Familiarity with operating machinery, including planers, sanders, shapers, and molders.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
  • Organizational skills to keep a clean and efficient workspace.
