Executive Assistant To C Suite

Main tasks include: Executive Assistant to C Suite Provides confidential executive level support for executives to concentrate on organizational strategy. Handles scheduling, screening of calls and in person visits, keeps executives on time and on track. Shows initiative to get to know executives to understand and implement their needs. Right hand to executive supported. The C-Suite at GW Hospital is committed to the GW Hospital mission and supporting their EAs. Does not act as receptionist - there is a reception area, and a different position has that role. Does provide back-up.
