At a Glance:

TheProduct Manageris the person responsible for defining the solution that satisfies the H&P product/market fit. The individual then works with the engineering team to build it, the operations team to support it, and the sales team to sell it; being the voice of the customer to communicate the strategy to all key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the product.

What you will do:

  • Define and deliver solutions to our customers that solve customers' problems & provide business value to H&P

  • Manage multiple products and timelines

  • Be the voice of the customer, define the product/market fit, and align the organization on the vision of the product

  • Own product acceleration and the progression of products through H&P's product maturation process from ideation to retirement, engaging key stakeholders and departments company-wide

  • Compile, document, and routinely revisit business cases for each solution

  • Maintain understanding of competitive landscape

  • Work with Sales and Operations to perform market research to build out models for potential market share and incremental EBITDA projections

  • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements- appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.

  • Work with Operations, Development, and Engineering to define and execute plans to support the deployment and scalability of solutions

  • Continually monitor market conditions to proactively revise portfolio vision based on evolving market, customer demands, and opportunity for differentiation

  • Demonstrate the H&P Company values: Actively C.A.R.E., Service Attitude, Innovative Spirit, Teamwork and Do the Right Thing.

What you will need:

  • Bachelors' Degree or equivalent of experience and education (BS in Engineering preferred)

  • Ability to demonstrate and embody the characteristics of being humble, hardworking, and a team player.

  • Ability to solve difficult problems creatively.

  • Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
