Caregiver

Full Time: AM (6:30PM-3PM)

4:2 schedule required

The Caregiver performs personal care and non-personal care assistance to residents with activities of daily living in a manner that enhances the resident's sense of personal choices and autonomy.

Principle Duties:

  • The Caregiver assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
  • Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.
  • Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

What you will bring

Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

  • At least one- year caregiving experience in an Assisted Living or health care center
  • Ability to work in a health care and CCRC environment.
  • Knowledge and practice of safe lifting and back care techniques
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Must have and maintain current First Aid card.
  • Legally Authorized to work in the United States
