Addison Group is partnering with a growing investment management firm that delivers differentiated strategies to financial advisors across independent broker-dealer and RIA channels. The organization operates with a disciplined, research-driven approach and a strong focus on execution, advisor engagement, and scalable distribution.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Internal Wholesaler to support advisor engagement and drive sales growth within key distribution channels. This role works closely with external sales partners to strengthen advisor relationships, expand product awareness, and support regional business initiatives. This is a fully on-site position based in a newly established office in Bethesda, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage financial advisors to introduce and position investment solutions
  • Build and maintain strong advisor relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Partner with external wholesalers to execute territory and regional sales strategies
  • Support advisors in identifying suitable investment solutions for their clients’ needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and advisor activity tracking

Qualifications:

  • Active or willingness to obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/65 or 66)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services sales preferred (mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, annuities, or similar products)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, sales-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
