You will regularly:

What You Will Own (NonNegotiable)

Client, Advisor, & Relationship Execution

  • Serve as a primary bilingual point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate and execute client onboarding starttofinish
  • Own task management and followthrough in Wealthbox (system of record)
  • Prepare advisors for meetings (planning, estate workflow status, next steps)
  • Track, close, and document all postmeeting items
  • Escalate issues before they become problems

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Active Series 7, Series 66, and Life Insurance license
  • Experience in a Wealth Management / RIA / LPL environment strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfort interacting directly with clients
  • Strong process discipline and security awareness
Compensation

  • Remote (Exceptional): $40,000 $60,000 base dependent on experience (commission & bonus opportunities)
  • Growth path to Office Manager: (additional pay/bonus/commission)
