Client Service & Operations Associate

Managing meaningful wealth brings both complex challenges and exciting opportunities. At Famiglia Wealth, our approach is rooted in integrity, respect, and collaboration. We're building a team of detail-oriented, execution-driven professionals who take pride in operational excellence and exceptional client service.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys structure and process, and wants to grow long-term within an operations-focused career path.

Famiglia Wealth is seeking a Client Service & Operations Specialist to play a vital role in supporting the operational backbone of our firm. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and the broader team to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient execution of client service and back-office deliverables. This is a detail-driven, execution-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, precision, and high-touch service.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

  • Manage account openings, transfers, and ongoing maintenance workflows.
  • Accurately process time-sensitive money movements (wires, transfers, etc.).
  • Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to track status and resolve issues.
  • Maintain precise client records in our CRM (Wealthbox experience preferred but not required).
  • Support client communications via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care.
  • Prepare and process account paperwork and documentation.
  • Assist in client meetings as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve client outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to advisors and internal teams.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, RIA operations, or client service.
  • Experience in similar roles such as Client Associate, Operations Coordinator, or Specialist.
  • Familiarity with custodial platforms (Pershing, Schwab, etc.) and CRM systems (Wealthbox a plus).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and with a team.
  • Candidate seeking a long-term opportunity with potential for growth (not into advisory).
  • Nice-to-Have: Securities licenses (Series 7/63/66), but not required.

Why Famiglia?

  • Competitive base salary ($65k-$75k) with potential bonus opportunities
  • Health, dental, vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • PTO
  • On-the-job training and professional development
  • A culture that values focus during the workday and balance after hours
